Delete your Zkilla account & data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Zkilla Technologies account and associated personal data when you use Zkilla Chat on Android, the zkilla.com website, or related Zkilla services linked to the same login.

Important: Account deletion is permanent. You will lose access to jobs, Z‑AI chat history, My Space files, reward points, and other data tied to your account. We may retain certain records where required by law (see below).

1. How to request account deletion

Choose one of the following methods:

Option A — Submit the form on this page (recommended)

  1. Fill in your registered email and details below.
  2. Confirm that you understand deletion is permanent.
  3. Click Submit deletion request. We email you a confirmation receipt.
  4. Our team verifies ownership and processes the request within 30 days.

Option B — Email support directly

  1. Send an email from your registered Zkilla email address to z-support@zkilla.com.
  2. Use subject line: Account deletion request – Zkilla Chat
  3. Include: full name, registered email, mobile number (if on your profile), and whether you use the Android app, web, or both.

2. Data deleted when your account is removed

When deletion is completed, we delete or anonymise personal data associated with your account, including:

  • Login credentials and account identifiers (email / username)
  • Profile information (name, phone, academic or role-specific profile fields)
  • Z‑AI conversation history linked to your account
  • My Space documents, notes, and uploads stored for your account
  • Job applications, check-in records, and in-app activity tied to you as an identifiable user
  • Reward points balance, referral linkage, and notification preferences
  • Parent / student linkage data where your account is the subject of deletion

3. Data we may keep (and why)

4. Processing time

After we verify your identity, we aim to complete deletion or anonymisation within 30 calendar days. You will receive a final confirmation email when processing is complete.

5. Delete some data without closing your account

You can remove certain data without deleting your entire account:

  • My Space: delete individual documents and notes in the app or on the web.
  • Z‑AI chat: delete individual conversations in Z‑AI chat (web; mobile where available).
  • Profile fields: update or correct information in Account Settings after mobile verification.
  • Other requests: email z-support@zkilla.com to request removal of specific data categories.

6. Submit a deletion request

I understand that deleting my Zkilla account is permanent and that I may lose access to jobs, chat history, My Space files, points, and other data as described above.
